During installation, the DCA will perform a test to verify internet connectivity to the licensing server. 

If the organization employs a web proxy to control access to the internet, then the DCA will attempt to automatically configure itself to use it. However, in some cases it will be necessary to manually configure access settings, particularly if security credentials are required by the web proxy in use. If the licensing service cannot be contacted then the following screen will be shown, allowing you manually enter the settings to permit the DCA to access the internet via a web proxy. 


You may need to ask the companies IT network support representative to provide the required settings. Note: Windows Domain (NTLM) proxy authentication is not currently supported.


Click ‘Continue’ to repeat the connection test using the entered settings. If the licensing service still cannot be reached a failure message is displayed. Click ‘Re-try’ to edit the proxy settings and
