If a monitor was previously activated or if you are having issues with a particular license code, it maybe necessary to reset the license code and generate a new one for that monitor record.  Regenerate the DCA license key from the monitor's page on the Portal as explained below.

1) Go to the Customer’s page and click the monitor’s name

2) From the monitor page, select 'Edit'

3) On the Advanced tab, click the 'Generate license key' and press 'Save'

4) A new 12 digit license key code is now ready to use for the re-installation.
