Steps to Reset ECI DCA in FMAudit when ECI DCA requires reinstallation.
- On the PC where ECI DCA is installed,
- Uninstall the ECI DCA use Add/Remove Programs appropriate for the Operating System
The following assumes the ECI DCA was installed on the default path of: C:\
If it was not, you may need to use the find feature on this PC to locate the ECI DCA folder.
- Go to C:\ProgramData folder
- Delete ECI DCA folder
- Go to C:\Program Files or Program Files (x86)
- Delete ECI DCA folder
- Log into FMAudit Central
- Go to: Admin-> Accounts-> Manage DCA's
- Locate the Account the ECI DCA was uninstalled
- Click the tick box on the left to select desired Account
- Select "Reset" at the bottom of the page
- Exit the Manage DCAs screen
- Go to Account tab
- Enter/Select the correct Account Name
- Select Installs tab
- Click on Install to download the ECI DCA installer
- Select appropriate Download option for your client.
- Run the Installer as Administrator
