Steps to Reset ECI DCA in FMAudit when ECI DCA requires reinstallation.

 

  1. On the PC where ECI DCA is installed,
  2. Uninstall the ECI DCA use Add/Remove Programs appropriate for the Operating System

The following assumes the ECI DCA was installed on the default path of:  C:\  

If it was not, you may need to use the find feature on this PC to locate the ECI DCA folder.

  1. Go to C:\ProgramData folder
  2. Delete ECI DCA folder  
  3. Go to C:\Program Files or Program Files (x86)
  4. Delete ECI DCA folder  
  5. Log into FMAudit Central
  6. Go to:   Admin-> Accounts-> Manage DCA's
  7. Locate the Account the ECI DCA was uninstalled
  8. Click the tick box on the left to select desired Account

  1. Select "Reset" at the bottom of the page

  1. Exit the Manage DCAs screen
  2. Go to Account tab
  3. Enter/Select the correct Account Name
  4. Select Installs tab
  5. Click on Install to download the ECI DCA installer

  1. Select appropriate Download option for your client.

  1. Run the Installer as Administrator
