1. Alerts via Consumable Management tab
Alerts are automatically generated and listed in the Consumable Management tab -> Outstanding Requests. From here The list of alerts can be sorted and filtered by Account info, Consumable color/Type, Trigger Date, Trigger Reason and many other categories.
Using the last column to the right select any number of outstanding alerts for the action options to become visible at the bottom of the list. Use any of the below to complete the desired process.
Consumable Action/Status
Outstanding | Current Alerts still waiting for a status to be completed |
Completed/Actioned | Alert actioned with optional notes completing process. |
Ignored | Alert skipped. Can be moved to any other status at later date |
Deleted | Permanently moved to Deleted status |
Queried | Pending alerts needing further review |
2. Alerts via Individual Email
Alerts can be received by an email address or distribution list. To learn how to setup the customer level alerts please see our Support Doc Here.
3. Alerts via Emailed Scheduled Reports
Alert notifications can be received via email based on a scheduled report. This report is located at Reports -> Consumable Requests. Prior to any configuration select the button "Save as Configured Report". A pop up window will load allowing the user to select their options.

Schedule Options | Enable schedule Frequency, File Format & Recipient email address |
